Here are the next steps;

  • I will email you to schedule our first intake online meeting. I use Skype for all of our meetings. If you’d prefer to use Facetime, we can arrange that.
  • Please start a FOOD JOURNAL. Write down everything you are eating at each meal. Nothing fancy, just the items and how much of each item you’re having. Do this for every meal so we have it to discuss during our intake meeting.
