Staying Strong Mentally With Osteogenesis Imperfecta

Having a physical disability is tough on the body. It can be even tougher on the mind.

In this video from my Breaking Barriers Not Bones YouTube series, I talk about how to stay strong mentally when you have Osteogenesis Imperfecta (aka O.I. aka Brittle Bones). This can also apply to people with Osteoporosis and other fragile bone related issues. Enjoy!
