Yummy Healthy Breakfast Idea

This is one of my favorite breakfast choices.

Oatmeal with half of a banana.

  • One serving of Quaker Quick Cook Oats.
  • ½ banana
  • 1 TBSP almond butter
  • ½ cup almond milk.

    NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION:

340 Calories, 46g Carbs, 10g Protein, 15g Fat.

More importantly; 8g Fiber, 415g Potassium, 18g Iron, 49g Calcium!

You can substitute regular peanut butter as well as the fruit (berries) and still stick around these numbers.

This breakfast packs a large nutrient punch.
