If you would’ve told me two years ago that I would look forward to #LegDay, I would have probably asked, “what is leg day?” and then I would have laughed.
Well, now I know and I’m all smiles because I enjoy pushing my so-called ‘brittle’ legs and love watching and feeling them get stronger!
