Delicious Meal Prepared By Teemaree

I’m the luckiest man on the planet!

I know every guy says this about his wife, but I’m not joking here! LOL

Teemaree has been teaching me about how to eat healthy for many years now. I haven’t always listened and after my transformation, I was able to show her a few things also. But for the most part, she always cooks me the best, most delicious, definitely healthy, meals!

This was sweet potatoes, chicken breast, and spinach. All organic.
