Stopped by C.O.R.E. (@corecenters), located in my old neck of the woods, Northridge! Had the pleasure of meeting Laquita and Aaron (@imaaronbaker), found out more about their facility and shared my story. They share the same philosophy as Disable My Disability, filling the gap between Physical Therapy and Independent Fitness. I’m excited to learn more about what they are doing and getting involved!
