My Interview on The Pillars of Health Podcast

I’ve been a guest on a quite a few podcasts, but this one was unique in the fact that I had the chance to talk about my background as an emcee and Hip Hop culture. You wouldn’t think that topic would come up on a health-centric podcast, but Jon Carroll is a man of many talents and he enjoys having his guests go beyond the basic conversation.

In addition to my ramblings about spitting lyrics on stages, I talked about some very in-depth concepts as they pertain to living with Osteogenesis Imperfecta (brittle bones disease) as well as the mental tips & tricks I’ve used to disable my disability and live a healthy and happy life.

If you have O.I. or not, you’re gonna like this one!

While you’re over on there, be sure to subscribe to my very own podcast, TONYtalks. 🙂
