My Leg Day Workout

Here’s my leg day workout:

1) Warm up on the treadmill
2) Squats
3) Leg Press
4) Lunges
5) Seated Leg Extension
6) Seated Leg Curl
7) Standing Leg Curl
8) Standing Calf Raise
9) Seated Calf Raise
10) burnout on the row machine!
11) A few simple stretches at the very end

Burning calories and building them leg muscles! Gonna feel this one tomorrow and the day after!!!
