Tracking my food in MyFitnessPal keeps me focused and in the know!

I’m very aware of what I eat these days, especially after using MyFitnessPal for so long.  But now it’s habit. Now I feel weird if I DON’T log in for a day and see how my numbers are adding up.  It also helps when I want to experiment with new foods.

Track Your Food

Sign up on MyFitnessPal, create an account, friend me (tonyjworld) and start seeing how the food you are eating adds up.

Update – April 22, 2015

I missed logging in. That’s it. My 510 day streak has come to an end. It makes me sad, but to tell you the truth, I’ve been pretty obsessive about MFP so I think it’s good for me to take a little break from it before I dive back in and head into my goal of logging for more than 1,000 days!
