My Interview on “On Finding Peace with Chris Shea” Podcast Interview

When I went into the writing of my book, “Disable Your Disability: Live The Healthy Life You Deserve!”, I purposefully kept the “physical” aspects as the through-line. I do cover a lot of mindset, mental, and psychological angles in the book, but I didn’t talk too much about spirituality and how it played into my transformation and how it continues to play into living a healthy lifestyle.

In this podcast interview, we dive a little deeper into this aspect and talk about what it takes to live with a disability or a chronic illness, and how my book and services can help if you want to learn what it takes to live a healthy and happy life.

We discuss the title of the book, the idea of ableism, how to get started, who should be in your life, spiritual aspects of Disable Your Disability, and much more!
