I am a Certified Personal Trainer!

CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER

Since February of this year, I’ve been posting pictures and updates about my #JourneyToCPT and it is with great pleasure and honor that I announce that I have passed my exam and I am now officially a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).

Never in my life did I think that I would be writing, Tony Jacobsen, C.P.T. The feeling is overwhelming and I am so excited to get to work!

I am available to work with you immediately, so if you would like to book a session – face-to-face or online – please visit my LET’S GET HEALTHY PAGE to do so now. My method is to create a personalized progressive workout program tailored to you and your goals. We will create SMART goals that will keep you focused and motivated!

STILL STUCK?

If you’re still on the fence about getting healthy, I can definitely help you get started down the path to a healthy lifestyle.

THANK YOU

I’d like to take a moment to shout out some people that helped me reach this goal:

My wife, Teemaree. She has been by my side encouraging me since the beginning and always gives me 100% of her support, no matter what.

My Personal Trainer, Alvin Presto. Every good trainer, has a trainer! Alvin pushed and guided me through the toughest time in my life and he was there for me every step of the way. It was through my work with him that I discovered the ‘Trainer’ in me and he continues to inspire and educate me.

And YOU, yes, you reading this article. I couldn’t continue to reach my goals without the encouragement and inspiration of those who continue to support Disable My Disability!

LET’S GET TO WORK!

Yes, I have the knowledge and the certification, but the work starts now! If you have a disability or not, it doesn’t matter. I’m looking to implement this knowledge right away by training and coaching various people to help them reach their fitness goals.

WHO’S READY TO TRANSFORM?

If you know of anyone who is looking to get healthy, please share this post. Thank you!
