Tee and I did CVX, which is a workout from P90x3. Then we hit the ropes for a quick burnout!


When my trainer, Alvin Presto, first got me on the ropes, I couldn’t last more than 10 seconds. And I had to rest for like 3 minutes in between sets.

I was a mess!

But it grew on me and now it’s one of my favorite exercises to do.

It’s FULL BODY and gets your heart rate up.
